If upon arrival of the product you realize that it would have been better to have chosen it in another color or that it doesn’t match the rest of the furniture, no problem! We allow our customers 14 days from the date of receipt to communicate the decision to return it.
To proceed with the return service, fill in the form on the ‘customer service‘ page writing “exchange and return” as the subject and the order number in the body of the message, also specifying the product you wish to return. You must therefore wait for a confirmation e-mail from our staff and follow the instructions contained therein. The return must take place with the original packaging and the product must be intact and properly packaged.
