SHIPMENTS WITH COURIERS SPECIALIZED IN FURNITURE MYHOME always ships with couriers specialized in furniture and furnishings to guarantee the level of service and integrity of the product. Shipments of small packages or replacements can also be made by express courier. All our shipments are made with All Risk insurance coverage.
TELEPHONE NOTICE MYHOME will send you an email confirming shipment, then the courier will give the telephone notice (normally the day before delivery) indicating the time slot and day, from Monday to Friday. For this reason it is important to specify a mobile phone that is always reachable. It is not a delivery by appointment: the availability of the customer is certainly considered by the courier and compatible with the delivery plans.
SHIPPING TIMES Our offers concern products made to order, delivery times range from 30 to 40 days. For second-hand products ready for delivery, times vary depending on the destination.
DELIVERIES Standard delivery by specialized courier is to be intended at street level and the customer is required to collaborate with the driver to unload the packages from the side of the truck. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the accessibility to the place of delivery and report any difficulties to our customer service.
FREE WAREHOUSE COLLECTION Direct collection can be made from Monday to Friday at Gondrand by Fercam in Via Augusto Pollastri 3 – Bologna (BO); in this case any returns and replacements are carried out at our warehouse. We strongly advise against collecting from the warehouse by entrusting it to couriers who are “not specialized” in furniture.
ASSEMBLY MYHOME does not offer assembly services. Most of our products travel pre-assembled: assembly normally consists of assembling parts already ready for assembly. All products are accompanied by assembly instructions provided by the manufacturer.
VALIDITY OF THE WARRANTY All our products have a minimum warranty of 2 years, provided directly by the manufacturer to end consumers in Italy.
STANDARD COSTS The shipping cost is calculated based on the value of the products purchased. MYHOME always offers a clear and convenient service also for shipping: – purchase up to €500.00: shipping cost €55.00 – purchase from €500.00 to €1000.00: shipping cost €65.00 – purchase from €1000.00 to €2000.00: shipping cost €75.00 – purchase from €2000.00 to €3000.00: shipping cost €75.00 – purchase over €3000.00: Free shipping

SUPPLEMENTS FOR SPECIAL LOCATIONS Standard Shipping does not take into account possible supplements for locations that require the use of delivery means other than the usual ones (7 – 12 meter trucks). We cite for example: 1 – pedestrian areas: in cases that do not allow access to trucks and vans (supplement on estimate) 2 – construction site areas: sites under construction or completion (supplement on estimate) 3 – smaller islands: all the islands of the Italian territory with the exception of Sicily and Sardinia (supplement on quote) If you think you fall into these categories, contact us before purchasing for a better service: any failure to report before purchasing will still lead to invoicing at the time of delivery
PROCEDURE FOR RECEIVING AND VERIFICATION OF PRODUCTS Upon delivery of the goods, the customer is required to check: – that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document. – that the packaging is intact and unaltered, including the closing tapes. In the event of external damage to the packaging, the customer must immediately contest in writing the damage reported on the courier’s delivery receipt in the appropriate section and not accept the delivery. You will contact us immediately on the customer service number. This check is essential for the insurance to compensate for damages. The assistance service may request photographic documentation of the packaging received and the damage ascertained.
