Concept 45 is a combi steam oven, equipped with the innovative CREACTIVE extended operating system. It is equipped with 12 functions, including combined cooking and automatic cooking with a pre-selected and editable recipe book (weight and cooking time), so you can prepare all the recipes you know how to do best. As far as cleaning is concerned, this oven is equipped with CLEAN, i.e. assisted cleaning cycles of the oven and steam circuit, with steam recovery cycle.
The combination of obsidian black and glass and the touch controls give a very elegant and professional look to this oven. The oven compartment is made of stainless steel and the handle is made of steel. The energy class A and the capacity is 34 liters. The water softener is automatic. Various accessories are included.
