Your recipes will take shape thanks to this reliable ally. This state-of-the-art food processor has a die-cast aluminium and stainless steel body and base in mineral charcoal colour. It is equipped with Assistent mixer technology for kneading, mixing, chopping and emulsifying. It is characterized by direct drive with planetary movement and 10 sequential speed levels with LED light knob.

It is equipped with a Pulse function knob. The bowl is lit from above thanks to the cool white LED light , to check the status of the preparation. The maximum power reaches 1200 W and the net weight is 9 kg. The following accessories are also included: dough hook, a metal and a silicone whisk, a large 4.8 L bowl and a small 2.9 L bowl, a splash guard lid and a proofing lid. It is also available in soft sand color.
