Where is the information to purchase an item online?

How do you request a quote?
If the products are in our online catalogue, simply add them to the cart and indicate the shipping address. Without any commitment to purchase, the requested estimate will appear, including shipping costs.  How is the shipping cost calculated?
The Shipping Cost is calculated based on the value of the products purchased. MYHOME always offers a clear and convenient service also for shipping: purchase up to €500.00: shipping cost €55.00| purchase from €500.00 to €1000.00: shipping cost €65.00 | purchase from €1000.00 to €2000.00: shipping cost €65.00 | purchase over €3000.00: Free shipping.

How soon will I receive the ordered product?
Order deliveries are made throughout the Italian territory within 40/50 days from the time of the order, to the address indicated. As regards San Marino, Livigno, the smaller islands and the Vatican City, a supplement specified in the order definition phase will be applied. For abroad, the cost of transport will be calculated by our customer service upon request.

How can I know if my order has been successful?
Once the purchase and payment have been completed, you will receive a confirmation email containing all the information on the order and delivery times.

Will I receive a notification on the day the delivery takes place?
For the shipment of sofas, tables, beds and all medium and large sized furniture, you will be contacted by the courier who will indicate the exact day and time of delivery. For small products you will instead receive an e-mail specifying the expected day for delivery.


Building renovation and furniture bonuses
The 2016 Stability Italian Law extended until 31 December 2016 the deduction of 50% of expenses incurred for building renovation works up to a maximum of 96,000 euros of expenses. The same provision also confirmed, for the properties subject to renovation, the possibility of deducting the expenses incurred up to 31 December 2016 (to be calculated on a maximum amount of 10,000 euros per property unit used in ten equal annual installments). , to purchase furniture and large appliances with an energy class of no less than A+ (A for ovens).

The deduction is for expenses incurred from 6 June 2013 to 31 December 2016 for the purchase of:

new furniture: beds – wardrobes – chests of drawers – bookcases – desks – tables, chairs – bedside tables – sofas, armchairs – sideboards, mattresses – lighting fixtures

new electrical appliances with energy class no lower than A+ (A for ovens), as shown on the energy label: refrigerators – freezers – washing machines – dryers dishwashers – cooking appliances electric stoves – microwave ovens electric hotplates electric heating appliances electric radiators – electric fans – air conditioning equipment.

The purchase of doors, flooring (for example, parquet), curtains and drapes, other furnishing accessories is excluded.
To obtain the facilitation, it is essential to carry out a building renovation (and take advantage of the relative deduction), both on individual residential real estate units and on common parts of buildings, always residential. It is also necessary that the expenses for these building restoration interventions are incurred starting from 26 June 2012: the important thing is that the date of the start of the renovation works precedes the one in which the assets are purchased; it is not essential, however, that the renovation costs are incurred before those for furnishing the property.
The deduction is also due when the purchased goods are intended to furnish a different environment of the same building subject to building intervention.

Regardless of the amount of expenses incurred for the renovation works, the 50% deduction must be calculated on a maximum amount of 10,000 euros and must be divided among those entitled in ten equal annual installments. However, this maximum amount concerns the single real estate unit, including the appurtenances, or the common part of the building undergoing renovation, for which the taxpayer who carries out renovation works on several real estate units will be entitled to the benefit several times.

To have the deduction on purchases of furniture and large appliances, payments must be made by bank transfer or debit or credit card. On the other hand, payment by bank checks, cash or other means of payment is not permitted.

All products have a minimum 2-year guarantee, supplied directly by the manufacturer to final consumers in Italy.
