This particular chair is the latest creation to come out of Stefano Giovannoni’s hat. The idea of the rabbit comes from the association of its silhouette with that of a chair, where the rabbit’s ears become the back of the chair. It comes in adouble variant, for adults and for children, and there is a third illuminated version offered as a lamp.
Adults and children alike can sit by resting their backs on the rabbit’s ears or on the opposite side, riding it and resting their forearms on its ears. The rabbit is a gentle, lovable and discreet animal. In Western and Eastern culture, it is a symbol of love and fertility, a sweet and auspicious object that brings good luck and good omens.
