• For purchases with delivery on Italian territory, shipping is free for orders over €3000.

• For all orders with delivery on Italian territory, shipping costs 55 euros for an expense of up to 500 euros.
• For a purchase from 500 to 1000 euros the shipping cost is 65 euros.
• For a purchase from 1000 to 3000 euros the shipping cost is 75 euros.
• For orders with a total total exceeding 3000 euros, shipping is free.
• The customer can collect orders independently from our warehouse in Bologna in Via Augusto Pollastri 3 by making a telephone appointment at the indicated times.

Our shop accepts returns for change of mind within 14 days of receipt of goods, on the condition that the shipment is made by the customer and the costs are borne by the same, with the original packaging intact. Written communication is required before proceeding and other details.

• Your order will be delivered with a specialized furniture carrier to ensure the integrity of the goods during transport. The shipping time is approximately 7 working days, after the production of the goods which will be available in 30-40 days. With the exception of items ready for delivery, which are located in our warehouse and will be shipped in 10 days. The customer is invited to check this email for the production time of the items belonging to the Appliances category, as they follow a different timing and is different for each brand.
• The driver will contact you on the mobile number to arrange the date and time of delivery.
• Given the type of forwarder used, your order is delivered at street level, without transport to the floor or assembly.
