Payment by bank transfer

On MyHome you can pay safely with bank transfer. Use the Order Number as reason (it will be visible when completing the order and in the confirmation email).

Cofidis installment payment:

• choose Cofidis at checkout: you will be redirected to their website to complete the order and fill out the online request in 3 minutes
• choose the number of installments and enter your data and documents, keeping them handy
  • IBAN of your account to which the installment will be debited
  • ID
  • health card (only in some cases)
• sign the contract  with code sent via text message
• pay in installments from the month following the purchase.

The requirements for paying in installments with Cofidis are:

• be a natural person (no loans are granted to legal persons), of legal age, resident in Italy for at least 3 years
• have a regular and demonstrable income
• enjoy good creditworthiness (those who have been reported or protested to credit databases such as CRIF cannot request payment in installments with Cofidis)
• have a bank account (an IBAN must be indicated to which the automatic monthly payment of the installment will be charged, without payment slips or files in the post office).
